Today's netball training damn hardddd :/
We must got into groups of 3 . I got grouped with Cristie& one of my senior .
We must run to the end of block A [ I think ] ,
Go up the staircase to level 2 ,
Then run to office staircase then go to level 3 ,
After that run to the spiral staircase [ in order to go to level 4 ] ,
then run to office staircase ,
Run back to the starting point .
We must do 5 sets lehhhhh ! :/
My timing maintainedddd :x
First round : 2.o2
Second round : 2.o4
Third round : 2.oo
Fourth round : 2.10
Last round : 2.o7

HEY PEEPO ! Good luck for Inter-class modified netball & soccer okay !Anyway , I saw this sentence in somebody's blog from secondary one .i really envy integrity...they are gonna replan their class jerseys... i can see they have good team spirit...i think they're gonna make it to the finals of the class netball competition...haix...since most of the girls there are from netball...they have a major advantage...haix
